    Refund and Return Policy

    At Jutti Mania, customer satisfaction is our priority.

    Returns:

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

    • Customers must bear the return shipping cost unless the item is defective.

    Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

    • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

    Exchanges:

    • Size exchanges are accepted based on availability. Customers will need to cover the shipping costs for exchanges.

    Note:
    Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.
